The 145 member team of Southern Springs Health & Rehab is led by Kristy Tanner, Administrator. Together, we strive to provide quality services in the areas listed below:
Skilled Nursing – advanced wound care, IV management, medication management, alternative nutrition programs, supervision of residents requiring dialysis
Dietary – specialized and therapeutic diet programs; weight management programs; wide variety of menu items
Social Services/Activities – available for psychosocial management; discharge planning services; a wide variety of activity programs and outings. The facility has 4 interior courtyards where residents and families can visit, have cook-outs, swing or just enjoy the outdoors. The facility also has an in-house Beauty Salon for our residents.
Physical Plant/Environmental – Housekeeping and laundry services are provided on a daily basis including personal clothing items as well as linens. The facility is well-maintained and provides a safe and secure environment with up-to-date security equipment.
